Flexiteek and Aikona decking
Flexiteek is by far the most practical and convincing alternative to high quality teak decking. After considerable testing in tropical and European conditions, Flexiteek continues to clean easily and look like a newly laid teak deck. Its non-slip quality is superb and nobody yet on first viewing or touching thinks it is anything other than real teak. ) Flexiteek is sandable with individual graining. The result is natural looking and the feel is realistic. The deck is extremely stain proof and is easily washed, even with a powerwash. For important material properties. Flexiteek is supplied in one square metre coils. It has an integral caulking strip that forms part of the joint with the next plank making the joint invisible. Flexiteek is available with either a black or white caulking strip in the following plank widths: 45mm, 65mm, 75mm and 100mm. Square edged margin boards are supplied in the same widths 125mm king plank without any caulking is also available. We can supply Flexiteek in rough sized panels ready to be cut to shape and laid as is or have margin boards fitted before laying to the deck.

Complete decks can be made in house from patterns, reducing the time required to have your boat out of commission, making the deck inside reduces our down time also as we are not constricted by weather. Fitting the deck can also be timed to suite the weather and the customer so when you do not require the boat we can get to work.

Colin Stuart London Boat Show
Our stand at the London Boat show was very popular and has resulted in an increase in orders for our Flexiteek decking throughout our region. Obviously on the back of increased prices for teak and the desire to reduce the amount of deck scrubbing and cleaning the synthetic decking is becoming increasingly popular.

Slipaway, Broads Cruiser
Slipaway came to us for a new flexiteek decking, when investigating the sub deck we found this to be in a poor state. The owner instructed us to replace the deck and then fit the flexiteek deck to the new. The result is a fine looking Broads Cruiser that is going to last a lot longer and be water proof as far as the deck is concerned.
