Stern post replacement
Working within the customers budget we are always faced with situations like this one, stern post rotting from the top and planking beginning to spring loose, in an ideal world we would replace all of the stern post requiring the letting go of all planking
Here in the sequence of photos is how we got round the budget and the practical replacement of the top section of the stem.
Unfortunately there are no photos of how were removed the old rotten section but we did have to remove the knee below the deck.
