Cabin sides and deck are all there just in varying degrees of soundness.

Starboard side below the chine the hull had suffered badly from electrolysis caused by a battery cable which had been joined touching the hull timber.
This join had in fact allowed the 12volt system to discharge straight through the hull.

The rest of the boat is not to bad so will be able to get straight on with the job.

First we are removing the keel addition, this had been added post build most likely to help with the steering as both props rotate in the same direction.
this keel had been built over the plank ends so had to come off anyway to do a good job of the hull planking.

This is a novel way of connecting the power supply to the gen set, just push in the wires and hold in with a screw, oh dear.
